Between 1990 and 2013, Pookie worked as a line cook, kitchen manager, and Thai chef at several prestigious hotels and restaurants in Thailand, Australia and America.

P' Ruai also has rich and varied restaurant experience over the last twenty years.

Since 1993 P' Ruai has worked as a Pastry chef, Chef de partie, food sculptor and Thai chef at prestigious hotels, clubs and restaurants in Thailand, Turkey and America. P' Ruai has an interest in languages and studied German and Japanese in college.
