We are really excited to return and open the restaurant.

Sip Thai Bistro Redmond was a place that we have great memories of with our guests since 2013. Sip Thai is a fresh contemporary bistro that offers superb Thai cuisine in a unique environment. Joon and team have a passion to continue to serve delicious authentic Thai food to our guests. In 2023 we are back, now in Issaquah. Better late than never!
Sip Thai Zooom is a new concept – a fast casual restaurant offering convenient, quick self-service. We built a big kitchen for you because we want to cook and serve you as quickly as we can. MY Kitchen is YOUR kitchen. So our guests can enjoy Sip Thai Zooom anytime. People’s lives get busier and your time is very important. Online ordering for pick up, or delivery from our partners, is very convenient and time saving. This concept is how Sip Thai Bistro in Redmond had evolved over time.
Our primary goal is to deliver fresh, delicious and authentic Thai. We always serve an excellent quality food at a reasonable price, a tremendous value. This creates a unique combination of food and quick – takeout experience to our guests. We also have some seating available.
In addition, Sip Thai is especially proud to feature a fun variety of fine teas served by the pot for those who fancy sipping a good cuppa!

Joon and Team
Joon and Paul are native Thais with many years of Thai restaurant management experience. Joon established Redmond Sip Thai Bistro with her chef friend, both veterans of former Redmond favorite Typhoon, having served as Manager and Chef there. Paul currently owns a Thai restaurant in Seattle, 2C Thai Bistro & Spirits, since 2015. Paul worked together with us at Typhoon Redmond as well. We both are glad to have the opportunity to be a partners at Sip Thai Zooom- Issaquah.
Welcome a new member of Sip Thai’s team, Jum. She is native Thai from Bangkok and is deeply inspired to give her energy and her passion to people around her. She is a great support to our employees and everyone. We believe that people’s inner emotion is very important. When we feel happy, anything we do will turn out very well.
Like my mother said, “Cooking with love and happiness, we will always get a delicious meal.” Enjoy!

Mike is uniquely qualified and has been working in hotels and Thai restaurants for over twenty years.
Starting in 1995, he worked as a Chef at Le Meridien at Le Royal Meridien Bangkok Hotel and several prestigious hotels. In 2006, Rewat was recruited to come to the US to work at the most popular Thai restaurant in the Pacific Northwest, TYPHOON & SIP THAI BISTRO..
